Justin Neiman is a college admissions counselor and admissions strategist with twelve years of experience in higher education. As an Undergraduate Admissions Officer at Harvard, he evaluated applications from around the world for both freshman and transfer students, reviewing academic credentials, reading essays, interviewing applicants, and making admissions decisions.
Before joining the Harvard Admissions Office, Justin served as an Ombudsman at Harvard Medical School, where he worked closely with academic leaders across the Harvard science community and several jointly affiliated MIT programs, including the Harvard/MIT MD-PhD Program.
During his tenure at Stanford University, Justin served for more than five years as an Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. In that role, he advised first-year students, taught courses in leadership and interpersonal learning, and served as the Residence Dean for the Stanford in Oxford Program.
Justin earned his master’s degree from Stanford University and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He has presented on college admissions nationally and internationally and has been featured in outlets such as Forbes and U.S. News & World Report.

Trevor King brings over a decade of experience helping students navigate the admissions process for highly selective U.S. colleges. He earned his degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, where he collaborated with the Chair of the Education Department on a series of anthologies published by Cornell University Press. A sought-after speaker on admissions trends and strategies, Trevor has presented seminars both nationally and internationally alongside Directors of Admission from Stanford, Duke, and NYU. Trevor is particularly passionate about education technology and has researched and written white papers on how school districts can stay ahead of the curve in delivering effective technological solutions.

Myles McMurchy is a writing coach and editor with a strong background in academic research and storytelling. He earned his B.A. in History from Dartmouth College, graduating magna cum laude with highest honors. During his time at Dartmouth, he served as the university’s Head Writing Tutor, worked as a research assistant, and was a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar. After graduation, Myles joined SRI International's Center for Education Policy in Silicon Valley as a research assistant before attending NYU School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. As a high school student, he was a National Merit Scholar and accomplished the rare “Ivy Sweep,” meaning he was admitted to all eight Ivy League universities. He is currently preparing his first novel for publication.
